Wolinski Joins Vision Monday Edit Team

NEW YORK—Catherine Wolinski has joined the Vision Monday editorial team as assistant editor. Wolinski will contribute to Vision Monday’s increasing social media presence via postings on Facebook and Twitter. She will also be responsible for writing and reporting news and feature stories for Vision Monday, VisionMonday.com, and VMail with a specific focus on independent and multi-location optical retailers.

Based at the Jobson Optical Group offices here, she will contribute to Vision Monday’s print editions, as well as other e-newsletters and live events. She will oversee several VM print sections including Local Diary, In/Store, Communiqué and Endpage.

Prior to joining Vision Monday, Wolinski was a sales assistant for Fox Television, an editorial intern for PR News and Media Industry News (min), and a freelance reporter for the local news website, Patch.com. She has also written for a variety of websites outside of her fulltime positions to satiate her passion for writing.
