NEW YORK— The COPE and ABO-approved free educational series, Protect, Prescribe and Present has been launched by the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the Opticians Association of America (OAA) as the centerpiece of their SUN initiative, a new comprehensive program created to help eyecare professionals deliver “a lifetime of outdoor eye protection” to patients, according to the program’s developers.
