Danny Trejo is a scary fellow, or at least that is what many of his acting roles would have you believe. A convicted felon and former drug addict, Trejo is a real life redemption story. A prolific actor, he has said he often chooses bad guy roles that often die or go to prison hoping to encourage young people to avoid making the same mistakes he did. One of those “bad guys” is Romeo Parada, a gun trafficking cartel member, on the FX hit television series Sons of Anarchy. Trejo’s signature long mustache, lined face and large tattoos certainly help him sell the role but the actor cleans up real nice too. Russell Brand’s public image is the polar opposite of many of our previous gentleman’s on-screen personas. Brand would rarely be considered menacing but his physical appearance is nonetheless a bit rough around the edges and unruly. Having overcome demons from his own past, Brand has gone on to have a successful standup comedy and acting career. Next year we’ll see him in his biggest film role yet alongside Tom Cruise, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Paul Giamatti in the musical Rock of Ages and let’s not forget he is married to one of the hottest (literally and figuratively) pop stars of our time, Katy Perry. Clearly there is more than meets the eye here. And speaking of eyes, here Brand wears the flashy Syd sunglasses with 24k gold lenses from Sama Eyewear…
Brad Pitt is a downright chameleon. Arguably considered one of the most attractive men in the world, his appearance vacillates wildly from polished Hollywood leading man good looking to someone who looks like he may or may not have bathed in the last week… and he often pulls the entire the spectrum off with aplomb! Craggy and disheveled one minute, debonair and handsome the next, with versatility like that it is no wonder he has been met with success after success in Hollywood. Oh and he is also married to like the sexiest woman alive, so there is that too. Chances are we’ll see Pitt all cleaned up again soon, since he may be in contention for a Best Actor Oscar this year, till then here he is, scruffy beard and all, in the Mitchell shades from Barton Perreira.
